The first Global Dining Inc of California restaurant opened its doors in 1991, beginning with the restaurant, La Boheme. Operating in the heart of Los Angeles in West Hollywood. La Boheme offers a unique dining experience that is extremely romantic with a one-of-a-kind New American Cuisine with French influence. Global Dining Inc’s founder, Kozo Hazegawa wanted to establish a place of high quality ingredients and a great atmosphere. Beginning in 1996, Monsoon Cafe, Kozo’s second restaurant in California was established and after 20 years of successful dining, Monsoon Cafe closed its doors in January 2015. In May of 2016, 1212 Santa Monica was established bringing a remodeled and modern New American Cuisine with Italian Influence to Third Street Promenade.
