Born in Romania and shaped by his experiences in Italy and Japan, Lucian brings a unique blend of creativity, discipline, and hospitality to his work. His journey in the restaurant industry began as a busser, and through dedication and vision, he has risen to lead and transform dining spaces that foster community and connection. Passionate about design, culture, and guest experience, Lucian continues to create restaurants that not only serve exceptional food but also tell a story and bring people together.
